Management Co-op operates three recruitment cycles annually, beginning four months prior to the commencement of each work term. Our First Round of recruiting is an open period during which no offers are extended to the student until the close of the Round. At that point the Management Co-op Office coordinates a matching process.

Following announcement of the matches to employers, unmatched students enter a Continuous Round. During Continuous Round, employers can offer students the position at any time, and students have 24 hours from the point of communication of the offer in which to accept or decline the offer.

Key dates for each four month process in 2008-2009 are set out below.

* Please Note: the above start date is a realistic start date given exam and holiday schedules. Students and employers can negotiate to commence the work term earlier or later. Please keep in mind that in order for the work term to qualify as a co-op work term, it must be a minimum of 12 weeks in duration.
