The world of technology today is certainly filled with a number of tools that can assist us along our varied career paths. We can network online, find job postings, share ideas and resources...the list goes on. With all the perks of the Internet, there are also many dangers. The following is an overview of some of the benefits and problems that can arise from a few popular online sites.

Study to determine if Scarborough is getting its fair share

For years, councillors and residents from the east-end former municipality have suspected Scarborough is not getting the resources it needs. But hard data either supporting this or refuting it has been scant. This week, Ward 40 (Scarborough-Agincourt) Councillor Norm Kelly and two University of Toronto students are aiming to answer that question.
