Wen-Do Women's Self Defense Class- White Ribbon Campaign

Time & Date: Tuesday, November 30, 5- 8 PM
Location: Athletics - lower gym teaching studio

Wen-Do, women's self defense, is a program designed for women, by women. Learn easy to use and easy to remember methods of protecting yourself in a wide range of situations. Techniques are designed for women of all ages, sizes, and abilities. A combination of discussion, with practical physical skills results in an integration of mental and physical preparedness.

Sign up in Athletics at the Service Desk! Class is free and open for all women!
